  • Afternoon session (Early Creators; Coding Fundamentals): LCCL provides laptops, software and all project materials. Students need only bring a labelled water bottle.
  • LCCL is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal items including laptops, phones, valuables and clothing brought to the venue.

7.Health, safety and conduct

  • Do not send your child to camp if they are unwell, feverish or showing infectious symptoms. Notify LCCL by 8:30 am on the affected day; the missed session may be replaced under section 5.
  • LCCL reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct repeatedly disrupts the class, endangers others or breaches venue rules. Dismissal under this clause does not entitle the parent to a refund or credit.
  • Parents must collect children promptly at the published end time of their booked session (12:30 pm for morning, 5:00 pm for afternoon). LCCL is not a licensed childcare provider and cannot supervise students outside published camp hours.
  • Emergency contact details and any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to disclose material information may invalidate any subsequent claim against LCCL.

8.Photos, video and showcase work

  • LCCL may take photos and short video clips during camp for internal teaching reviews and for marketing on LCCL channels (website, Instagram, Facebook, EDM).
  • If you do not wish your child to appear in any external marketing material, please opt out in writing at hello@lcclcoding.com before the first day of camp. Opt-out requests are honoured permanently.
  • Student-created project work (games, AI artefacts, written reflections) remains the intellectual property of the student. LCCL may display such work with credit and may retain teaching copies for internal use.

9.Personal data

  • LCCL collects and processes parent and student personal data solely to deliver the camp, communicate during the holiday window, and meet legal obligations. Data is handled under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • For full details see the LCCL Privacy Policy.

10.Force majeure

  • LCCL is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: government-ordered closures, public-health restrictions, severe haze (PSI > 200), venue building failures, or natural disasters.
  • In a force majeure event, LCCL will offer the affected days as a transferable credit valid 12 months. Cash refunds are not provided in such cases.

11.Programme changes

  • LCCL may substitute teaching staff, adjust the running order of activities, or replace tools and platforms with equivalents at its discretion.
  • The advertised camp outcomes (e.g. “ship a playable game”, “build a personal study method”) describe the typical experience. They are not contractual deliverables for any individual student.

12.Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCCL’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any single Holiday Camp booking is capped at the camp fee actually paid for that booking.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13.Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  • LCCL prefers to resolve disputes directly. Please raise concerns first by emailing hello@lcclcoding.com.
